20% return per year. 3 year term required. Minimum investment of $20,000 to qualify. Your investment would be secured by a property and you would go on title. The investor would also need to have their independent lawyer review the opportunity and approve prior to being able to move forward. I believe in disclosure and want to ensure the investor is 100% knowledgeable and comfortable.
Example of investment:
$50,000 initial investment.
$50,000 @ 20% per year = $10,000 in year 1 + $10,000 in year 2 + $10,000 in year 3
Your original $50,000 is returned + $30,000 = payout of $80,000
