Edmonton List Prices

Prices were quite high then !!
(not good news when you bought in 2007 where they were even higher, of course) !!
We sold quite a few assets in 2007 .. into the boom .. and are just now entering the Alberta market again after a 3+ year absence of buying in Alberta .. as I see them rising again across the board in Alberta !

I have started in my buying around 2005 - 2006 time frame...I wish I have sold some at the end of 2007! I can`t agree more! it is definitely a good time to buy now.
