what area of town ?
expect to pay:
12%+ for a single family house or condo plus a lease initiation or renewal fee of one month rent .. maybe more ..
8-12% for a 4 plex to 12 plex
6 to 8% for a 12 to 19 plex
5-8% for a 20-24 plex
4 to 6% for a 25 to 40 plex
3.5% to 5% for a 40+ plex
3 to 4% for a 100+ plex
more in bad areas .. plus a lease renewal fee of about $100 to one month rent per unit depending on area and PM !
