Having been investing in GP for the last number of years we too have found it hard to find a good PM. Given that we decided to do our own management. The only problem being it cuts into the investing side by taking up valuable time. Finding a good quality PM that actually cares will continue to be a challenge in GP with the growth that is being experienced here.
