The answer is yes, though it depends what you`d like to do with it.
If you click on the post # (in the top right corner of each post), you can get the link to a specific post.
Also, there are a couple features available if you click on "Options" at the top right of any thread (under the "Post Reply" and "New Topic" buttons).
"Email", "Print", or "Download" "this topic" (3 different options) are likely what you want. "Download" has more options, as it allows you to get an HTML, Word, or printer-friendly version of each topic. It`ll come up with a menu allowing you to choose. You`ll have to sort through the topic to get the exact post that you`re looking for, if there are many.
