Hello, (oh I meant Slave Lake not Sylvan) What do you think of the above cities right now (tenant profile, economy, vacancy, future prospects slump/balanced)? am thinking of investing in cash-flowing condos there. thx for ur time. I studied that Alberta link on smaller towns statistics but I heard it gets outdated quickly.
Feedback on Brooks, Edson, Sylvan Lake

I had thought about Brooks when first investing so I completed my diligence there (including showings). I would personally run from there as not one person I spoke with has the impression it it a nice place to live (and I spoke to a lot!), has very high crime, very rough tenant profiles and far too reliant on one industry (packing plant). I wouldn`t touch Brooks with a ten foot pole when there are other towns with a brighter future. If you are only looking at those 3 towns Brooks isn`t even a close 3rd.
That being said...if you want the number of a good realtor there I came across a good one...too bad he`s in Brooks.
