we have a condo becoming vacant oct1st. was rented for 1300.00 management wants to lower it to 1200.00 we place an ad ourselves on the web for 1450.00 and have a response within 12 hours. we believe there are a few other units in the same building for 1200.00 we also feel 1450.00 is a more accurate market rent. we wish to stay with the management company as we are from out of town and they generely do fine. the question is how do we move our responses from our ad to the manager to handle and maintain the 1450.00 when they have others at 1200.00 cheers ken
