Does anyone know of a good FSBO company or low commission company that will list a property on MLS for a flat fee. I need to sell property but don't have enough equity to justify the high selling costs through a realtor with the standard commission rates.

Comfree can list on Realtor.ca...it seems like there is a sale on now as well,

Welist has their own brokerage as well and can list on MLS. I think its $200.
