It is, my quick check shows the same number they cite for single family homes sold in march. 852 sales at an average price of $424,086.

It isn`t quite apples to apples though - they are quoting the single family homes where most of the time the month end reports are the total MLS combo of single family and condo sales.

I will have an updated batch of stats at month-end.
