Hi just bought a property (I'm occupying it) and need to hire a general contractor/handyman to fix up some of the punch items found from our Home Inspection Report. Some of the findings that need fixing includes:
- minor wiring repairs in garage/basement
- replacement of three toilets
- bathroom plumbing issues (slow draining)
- repair exhaust/range hood
- electric garage door opener installation
