Hi,
we've started construction on a 20 unit high visibility repositioning project that is ocean front on one side and a busy main road on the other. It will be several months before we start putting units on the rental market. Our pre-leasing marketing plan largely consists of a BIG sign on the main road with great photos and a facebook page address.
What concessions/$$$ are typically squeezed out of the financing bank/broker and contractor in return for a prominent mention of them on the signage, or on a second sign next to the big one? This is definitely worth some bucks or a few points off the rate. What's usual for developments?
