Hello Hamilton Real Estate Investors!

I was early for a meeting at a new condo development in the Hamilton
West Harbour so I went for a stroll in Bayfront Park and figured I would
let you all know what a nice place the West Harbour is to both live or
invest. If you don't already know why then check out the video:



For those newer to investing in Hamilton, below is a map the Hamilton
West Harbour, where I shot the video and the location of the proposed
James North Go Train station.







Not bad eh? Well wait till next week's post where I visit the first major
residental development to the area in years! For those of you who have
