Has there been any recent conversation on Hamilton. I searched the forum looking for any past threads. Anybody have any comments on this area - specifically student housing near McMaster.

There is a meeting of Hamilton investors this Sunday Nov. 29th at 7 pm at Williams Coffee Pub - Appleby Line, Burlington.

My limited understanding is that some rental licensing might happen in area...too many chopped up houses
