Help find a property in <Ottawa> to buy and fix

I'm moving to Ottawa in a month and am looking to buy a large Victorian property, which I can give a lot of love. No project is too big for this Mr. Fix It! I'd like my home to be within five minutes walk to a major transportation node that can get me downtown within 30 minutes and has the potential to attract millenials which means close to a college or university.

Please help me play my real life monopoly! The value of my first property doubled in value in two years. I'd like to do that again.
