Home staging results in Calgary

Just wondering if anyone tried to stage the homes before selling and had generated good results from it? It seems like very costly to stage a home.



Also, does anyone know any good home staging company here in Calgary?

I use a company called Set Your Stage. Its only 250 for a general consultation, which will point out a few things you've likely overlooked.



In terms of actually staging, its a good idea if your home is the type of home to get top dollar in an area. If its a little run down, get the consultation but save your money.
