I would strongly advise you to NOT use this company as your property management service. Don't be fooled by their slick website as I was, they were nothing but hassle to deal with for the entire year I was under contract with them.
Communication is extremely poor with Hopestreet and when you live out of the country this is a major problem. To give you an example, they took $395 off of my rent payment to fix my microwave door (you can buy one for that price!) and they couldn't even tell me the break down of parts and labor, $395 for a handle you must be joking.
After my contract was finished with them my tenants received an eviction notice from Hopestreet the following month!!!
Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.
