How do you guys think investing condo in Winnipeg

How do you guys think about buying a condo in Winnipeg and rent it out. The condo in Winnipeg is comparably cheaper than other cities in Canada. (2 bed room condo is less than $150,000). However, the rent is not a lot cheaper than rest of the cities. (above $1000/month). Also the vacancy rate is less than 1% now. Is it a good time to buy a condo in Winnipeg and rent it out now?

There`s also land transfer taxes, crazy expensive property taxes and rent control in Winnipeg.
