Hello Everybody,
I am working with some clients that are targeting AFS`s (Agreement For Sale`s).
I am wondering if other investors have been having success getting them and how they have pitched deals like these to the seller`s and especially seller`s Realtor?
ANY input would be great (ie. templates, +/- experiences, wording on contracts and other relevant documents).
