I have a group of investors looking to invest in lease option properties (rent-to-own). They would purchase property on behalf of qualified tenant/buyers and lease option it back over a period of 2 to 3 years.



We are in particular looking for tenant first deals in Calgary and Medicine Hat. This is where the tenant/buyer chooses the property they want the investor to purchase. The tenant buyer must have a minimum of a 5% option deposit. This is 100% credited to purchase at the end of the term. We will give better terms on larger option deposits as this mitigates investor risk. The tenant/buyer must have qualified income.



We will also consider other Alberta real estate purchases. Residential or multi unit.

The main criteria we are looking for is cash flow.
