I have access to several properties in Calgary right now that I would like to close on by the end of summer. One is a large lot, post war house with potential to subdivide and put infills on in Calgary - 19th Ave NW. Another is a turn-key condo rental in Acadia. The last a pre-construction condo in Cochrane. I have tapped out my equity in other properties in the short term and am looking to expand my real estate holdings by trying some JV partnerships. If you have some experience in this area and would like to increase your holdlings, I would love to hear from you.
