I need a lawyer with LTO experience in southern Alberta

Hello,

I have a house in a small town south of Red Deer, Alberta, with great tenants. However, I bought the place before I joined REIN, and it`s not a cash flow property. The tenants are very interested in buying via lease to own, and I`m interested in selling, to move on to some cash flowing investments.

I`ve been reading several threads about lease to own, (another BIG thanks to Dan Eisenhauer for all the information you`ve shared) and I`m trying to glean all the information I can, but in the end, I need to have an expert in my corner, since I have no experience with this.

I *believe* I need a lawyer, with LTO experience, to walk me through the process. Can someone recommend a lawyer, or other expert in the Calgary area who can work one-on-one with me, and walk me through the process please?
