Info on Whelpton st. Windsor Ontario

My daughter made an offer on a duplex on Whelpton st. Windsor Ontario and not knowing anything about the area we were wondering if some one could give us some feed back on if this an okay area of town or if we should be staying away from the area. We are also looking for some suggested contacts for the following people in the area: Property manager, Appraiser, Insurance agent, Home inspector.
