Insurance

Has anyone used Trillium Mutual Insurance to insure their investment property? I am in the process of reviewing their quote.

I only use "REIN policies." There are at least 2 different insurance companies with such policies (Aviva and Peace Hills).

They have extra coverage for floods, tenant vandalism, rent protection, etc. For most - but not all - "REIN policies," you must be a REIN member.
