I just came across this add on Facebook for a Remax online brokerage called iRealty that is supposed to be more environmentally friendly by omitting the paper trail that comes with faxing and printing documents.

What I`m wondering is how safe and secure this method would be... It looks interesting. Has anyone used this before?
