As of July 15th, unit prices for investment in the Hills of Cold Lake LP will increase from $1000 to $1200 per unit.
If you have already invested in the Hills of Cold Lake, or are planning to invest before July 15th, this is excellent news. Our original ROI projection of 175% by Dec 2010 is increasing to 200% for those who have invested before July 15th.
Additionally, a revision of the subdivision plan is in process that will significantly strengthen the project`s returns. Final approvals for this revision are expected by September 2008.
This investment is also eligible for RRSP funds.
