landscaping/gardening contractor in Vancouver

Hi everyone,



My parent's place in Vancouver has a backyard that is sloped and so there are constant water issues as the water flows from higher ground down to the backyard.

Would any one of you know of a reputable contractor who is experienced with this issue?

I don't even know if this is something a gardener would typically deal with or a landscaping company...

The job may involve some digging and redirecting the pipes or something...



Please recommend only those who are "good" and that you have had success with.
