Lawyers and Mortgage brokers that will do AFS

Hi Quickturn graduates,

I am starting this thread to gather a list of lawyers and mortgage brokers in each area of the country that would do AFS deals for us. This way, we can provide our sellers of the list of lawyers/brokers that they can use to ask questions or close the deals for us. This would prevent any problems we would face where uninformed lawyers or brokers that would kill the deals. You maybe wondering why mortgage brokers is required? This is where sellers wanting to qualify for a new mortgage for their next house or tennant buyers who may need to qualify to cash you out on a rent to own.

For AFS do not call Nancy Swanby listed in the resource directory, she is not communicative, apperantly not "comfortable" with AFS. Will waste your precious time.
