I saw a beautiful property that I am very interested in buying for myself on the water on Vancouver Island. After some research I found that the government owns the land it is on (a 30 year lease (26 years remaining).
I have never dealt with Leases and my gut is to run from this. What are your thoughts on Leaseholds?
