Legal non conforming duplex - Aberdeen and Durnburn

I am looking for some advice. I am considering purchasing a legal non conforming duplex in the Aberdeen and Durnburn area. It has 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom between the new units. Can I reasonably expect to get $1100 dollars for each unit?



Please also explain what a legal non conforming duplex is? I assume that I am okay in terms of a city inspection.

Have you done the research on the area and determined the going rates are $1100 and simply want to know if you will get the same or are you asking what the going rates are for that area.



Is $1100 for each enough to generate positive cash flow, what is the present asking price for the property, is it presently a rental, are there already tenants in place, what are the present tenants paying.
