Llyodminster SK

I was thinking about investing in Llyodminster SK, any insights about the community, they do have a very low vacancy rates!!

I have family with rentals on the Alberta side and they have had no vacancy for several years. As far as I know it is expected to continue for a while. I have no knowledge of the tenant profile though.



What led you to consider Lloyd?

Very Low vacancy rate, rents are good!! Would you suggest another city perhaps?

Lloyd is great, but it is a smaller centre. That's why I was curious as to if you had a particular reason.



There are so many great investment possbilities in Alberta, as well as several in Saskatchewan, that it is impossible to make a suggestion without knowing motivation or reasons.
