Does anyone have any experience with property managers in Barrie servicing the southern portion of the metropolitan area. I will be looking for more of a full service outfit with experience both securing and retaining tenants. Low volume needs. Target is three TH style properties between June 2009 and Dec 2010. I an not sure yet whether they will be condo or freehold.
