Looking for a realtor

I am a new member and have been investing since 2010. I have 4 SFR and 1 four plex. I'm looking to add a few more 4 plex buildings over the next 12 months. I'm ok buying most areas 200 km radius around Edmonton. Any recomendations for a good realtor with extensive experience in this area? Also an investor themselves would be an asset
