Looking for Calgary contractor for basement renovation

The property is in Whitehorn.

Basement renovation specs –Whitehorn



Bathroom

· Demolish old bathroom

· Move sink and toilet pluming

· Install bathtub sink and toilet (reuse existing sink and toilet)

· New faucets for sink & bathtub

· New bathtub with:

o surround

o Concert board (or equivalent) and tile around bathtub

· Paint and add trim

· Tiled floor

· New fan and light fixtures

Bedrooms

· Keep existing flooring and suspended ceiling

· Demolish old bedroom walls

· Add new bedroom walls and closets

· New light fixtures

Laundry

· Move washer and dryer

· Re-plum washer

· vent for dryer

· electrical hook up
