I have put together a "tenant first" Rent To Own deal in Okotoks, Alberta and I'm looking to assign it to an investor who can get a mortgage. Great cashflow and the tenant buyer has 10% cash ready for the non-refundable Option Deposit. They have been pre-screened and pre-qualified with our mortgage broker. He is working with them to improve their credit and they should be ready to buy out in 1 to 2 years. Incomes are solid.
