Morgage interests rates go Fixed or Variable

How about a hybrid mortgage and split it 50-50 fixed to variable
there are several lenders who are rental friendly and you can have different components within the mortgage.

It depends on the person, their situation - risk tolerance, financial situation, and options available for that particular property.

As Thomas suggested, use the search engine on this forum and you will find an abundance of information on this Topic:
I typed in "variable Rate" and I got 13 pages listing numerous postings.
