Mortgage brokers in Surrey, BC.

Anyone know of a Mortgage Broker in Surrey, BC that operates using the 1.1% rule? I can find new properties that fit my system but need a mortgage broker that will work with me and not look at my debt service ratio (i`m tapped out).
