I have been looking for some multi-family properties to invest in in AB and in SK.
I`m just wondering if there is an ideal amount of price per door that we, as investors, should at least target.
I have seen one REIN member working on one right now that has about 38K per door. From what I`ve been prospecting at right now, one is about 92K/door and the other one that is already in the process of condominiumization is about 130K/door.
Can anyone share his thought on this? Thanks.
