Hey everyone I started a multi family mastermind meetup in the Waterloo region for the new year for anyone who would be interested. My goal with the meetup is to have investors in the area exchange ideas and discuss what types of rates and return we are seeing in today's market, best areas for rent, appreciation, tenant profiles, success, failure ETC.

Open to different ideas for the event as well, let me know thoughts!

I found it great, just sharing the difficulties and opportunities other people are or aren't seeing. Really opens your eyes and gets the gears in your head moving. It can be so difficult to get specific experience based answers no matter how much you read, that's what I was finding.
