We have multi-family buildings in both Alberta and Ontario that will need to renew mortgages. If you know of good bankers/brokers for these two provinces, please give us the contacts. Either CMHC or conventional is great.

Thank you in advance!

Consider calling:
Ken Sethi with Margolis Capital in Edmonton at 780-638-1566 or email him at [email protected]
Ken`s done lots for our company and has a good range of firsts and seconds. CMHC multi rates right now are excellent.

Good Luck

What are they? fixed or variable?
Aren`t CMHC "multi" rate = CMHC residential rate?
Is it negotiable?
By "multi" do you mean 2-4 units or 6 and up?
by "excellent" are you referring to their fixed or variable rate?
