Just wondering the best way to handle this situation. I have 4 young men coming from another province to work in Ontario. They are going to be renting a house from me. The rent is all inclusive. How do I go about making one person in charge of the responsibilities-ie. rent collection, communication, etc. They seem very nice and responsible but I am not sure how to tackle this issue. Any suggestions?
