Need Someone To Show Red Deer Properties

I`m looking for someone who can show Red Deer properties. I`m happy to take all the phone calls, do all the screening and qualifying of tenants, but I need someone who can do a good job of showing the properties that is in the Red Deer area. I`m thinking of $50/showing. Any help or suggestions you have?
