Hello.
I am currently undergoing a career change from firefighter to banker. While within my probationary period at the bank I will be unable to qualify for a mortgage. The probationary period generally is 3 months long, and I would like to purchase a property before the end of January, which means I need a partner who is willing to qualify for me.
I am looking for a condo / townhouse in Edmonton in the range of 220,000 and down, and I offer 25% of the equity upon sale.
