non-resident taxpayer in Alberta?

Does anyone know of how to pay provincial taxes in Alberta rather than in Ontario?

If you are a Canadian resident, you province of residence is determined by your where you reside at Dec 31. Avoid any attempt to "make it look" like you live in Alberta as other issues will kick in such as -your drivers licence, helath care insurance, where you work etc.
