Can anyone recommend a good, knowledgeable, experienced and honest realtor in North Vancouver specializing in areas around Capilano University.
Daughter is off to university and we are struggling with whether we should rent an apartment for her which quite frankly pains us greatly. As landlords there is nothing more difficult than forking out rent to another landlord
Or purchase a condo close to Cap Univ for her to stay in for 4 years and also as a home away from home for us as we intend on spending more time in the area.
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
