That’s right, do you want to own in the booming south end of Barrie. The city of Barrie where the economic fundamentals are too good to over look. Did I mention the town that just had a major transportation improvement i.e. Go Train!

We’re seeking $987450 for the down payment & closing costs. As usual I am putting up my time, knowledge, and expertise to manage all the details of the acquisition, accounting, day to day operations, and seeking and renting to new tenants. We’ll enjoy a ten year run up the equity train & then we’ll sub divide the property into individual condominium units and when we sell you’ll receive all of your initial cash contribution back and then and only then will we split the appreciation 50/50.
