Olympic Village Condos in Vancouver

I have a friend who is asking about the Olympic Village housing that the city is selling next week? Does anyone know anything about this or a possible contact?

They will release 2/3 of condos .. all the ones NOT on the waterfront, at prices 30% to 40% below last years. Many still well over $1000/sq ft .. ouch .. with a view of the 8th floor neighbor 10 meters away across the street, in his underwear, with no light.



Check construction quality and views. Both are lacking in my humble opinion !!



Very dense .. 10 stories .. very close to each other. Unknown area next door. Still pricey at 33% off !



But the ones with Falsecreek view are AWESOME !! I looked at all show homes last year. Some very spectacular suites .. and many below average with tiny tiny rooms. Do a thorough due dilligence on contract, individual units (as they are all different), reserve fund, condo fees, deficiences, comparables, views ..
