Hey Everyone,
I have a collection company willing to take my order to pay from the Landlord Tennant Board and take a percentage if collected. Is this legal, or do I have to go to small claims court first. I really don`t care about the money that much I just want this ex-tenant to suffer some of the harassment I had to go through and let a professional handle the work.
