QUOTE (Donal_Ward_McCarthy @ Dec 7 2007, 02:41 PM) here is the full sketch that had some technical difficulties with at last nights REIN meeting. It`s not real estate, but the message from Philip`s great presentation is how important it is for all of us to laugh and have fun.

Donal,

I thought you told me last night you weren`t `techy`

your welcome,

this is an interesting thread, or could become one, almost like success stories.. with a slant towards what`s our real motivation here; the kids, the partner, the charity, the dream home etc etc.

for me it`s the music! this is my true passion in life. Creating music and having it affect the listener in a positive way. We all have our passions, So what`s yours?

Music, I love to listen to all kinds, beyond that, no comprehension

For me its cycling, I`ve ridden across Canada - what a fantastic experience and I train with a road racing club plus am on a sponsered race team. I dream of my own place in Spain where I can go to train in the mountains while enjoying the Spanish culture and language.

QUOTE (Donal_Ward_McCarthy @ Dec 12 2007, 02:07 PM) Ed,
sure we`ll see ya in the tour de france yet :)

d.

My dream of a place in Spain in the mountains - achievable
Me competing in the TDF - not achievable
Just being realistic, I try to control those things I can and don`t worry about those I can`t.
That said I could still be there, tried to get in with Steve Bauer Bike Tours as a guide (he was based in my home town), no luck tho.
Spain is close by B)
