Pincher Creek Development

I just got a mailing about an opportunity to invest in Pincher Creek, AB. They claim that there is $4 billion in recreational, industrial, and retail developments in the area. I did a search on google and came up with nothing about that. Does anyone out there know what that $4 billion is going to? Pincher Creek will effectively double in size if this opportunity goes forward, and I need to know if it`s going to be a ghost town or not.

Have you tried the Fast Track To Cash website by Darren Weekes? Sounds very similar to something being advertised by his group.

That`s what I have here. Does anyone have any information besides what the webpage has? I`m looking for independant conformation on what`s economically going on in the immediate area besides the vague statements about the oilsands (since this is in Alberta.)
