Please recommend a quality landscaper who is efficient and reasonably priced.

I need shrubs covering basement windows and backyard to be chain sawed (or just ripped off). The ones in the front yard are green while there are a few in the backyard that are hay colored and dead. I also need recommendations on what kind of plants or flowers would require the least work and last the longest in icy edmonton. I`m thinking long term. If someone knows, or knows a good landscaper, please refer them. I am looking for ways to garner above market rents. Suggestions would be much appreciated!
